    Real estate developer Impact reports net profit of 5 million lei for Q1 2026

    IMPACT Developer & Contractor reported consolidated revenue of 55.4 million lei and gross profit of 11.7 million lei for the first quarter of 2026. Individual results show that IMPACT Developer & Contractor ended Q1 2026 with revenue of 13.6 million lei and a net profit of 5 million lei, up 37 percent compared to the same period last year.

    75 percent of the group’s first-quarter revenue was generated by real estate development activities and construction services provided by RCTI, amounting to 41.3 million lei.

    In the first three months of the year, IMPACT sold apartments worth 10.2 million lei and recorded reservations and precontracts for 53 apartments, with a total value of 69.3 million lei, most of which were related to the ARIA Verdi and GREENFIELD Băneasa projects.

    ARIA Verdi, the company’s luxury mixed-use project on Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard, had a strong commercial debut, generating reservations worth 48 million lei in the first month after launch.

    The portfolio of completed apartments, available for sale as of March 31, 2026, consisted of 386 units, with an estimated value of 59 million euros. As of the reporting date, the company had another 569 units under construction and building permits for a total of 2,496 units, with an estimated value of 756 million euros.

    In line with the strategy announced last year, IMPACT has launched its most extensive development cycle to date, which involves the completion between 2026 and 2034 of 7,870 residential units across five mixed-use projects, with a gross built area of 892,203 square meters and a gross development value of €1.68 billion.
