The eMAG Group has appointed Andreea Mihnea as Vice President of People, a key role in the strategic development of organizational talent in the context of a dynamic labor market. She will oversee HR processes and operations across the companies within the eMAG Group, including the region’s largest e-commerce platform eMAG, the online fashion retailer Fashion Days, the online hypermarket Freshful, the Romanian courier company Sameday Delivery, and the repair services provider Depanero.

With over 20 years of experience, Andreea Mihnea has led and implemented extensive organizational development and cultural transformation programs across various industries. She has held national, regional, and global roles in IT, financial and professional services, consulting, and FMCG, working in both multinational and family-owned companies.
