IMPACT Developer & Contractor (BVB:IMP), the first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, reports a 34% increase in the group’s consolidated net profit in 2025 compared to 2024, up to RON 82.5 million, and a 14% increase in EBITDA, up to RON 123.3 million.
At the individual level, IMPACT ends 2025 with a net profit of RON 105.5 million, respectively an increase of 18% compared to 2024, and revenues of RON 144.2 million.

Consolidated turnover at the group level increased by 6%, up to RON 331 million. More than half of the group-level revenues, 53%, were generated by the sale of 247 apartments worth RON 177 million. Service provision (construction, wellness and property management) represents 45% of total consolidated revenues, and 2% is rental income.
The group maintained its downward trend in debt, reaching from 22% at the end of 2024 to just 13% at the end of 2025 and reduced interest expenses by a third. The value of bank loans was reduced by RON 141.3 million, consolidating the group’s financial position.

The available apartments stock at the end of 2025 was 414 units, estimated at a market value of EUR 64 million. At the end of 2025, IMPACT had building permits for a total of 2,828 residential units, with an estimated gross development value of EUR 733 million.
In August 2025, IMPACT launched the second phase of development within the Boreal Plus residential complex, located in the north of Constanta, with an estimated market value of EUR 17 million.
Also in 2025, the company obtained the building permit for ARIA Verdi, a new mixed-use complex in Bucharest, designed to BREEAM Outstanding and nZEB standards. ARIA Verdi will include 865 apartments, built in two phases, and the gross development value amounts to EUR 431 million.
IMPACT Development Strategy, 2026 – 2034
In September 2025, IMPACT announced its strategy for the period 2026 – 2034, which includes the largest development cycle: 7,870 residential units in five mixed-use projects, with a gross built-up area of 892,203 sqm and a gross development value of EUR 1.61 billion.
GREENFIELD Baneasa community, in continuous development
Last year, IMPACT obtained the urban planning certificates for three new additional access roads in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood and signed the design and execution contracts for them. The investment amounts to over EUR 2 million and is fully supported by the developer.
At the end of 2025, Greenfield PLAZA, the shopping center of the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood, reached an occupancy rate of 100%.
Last year, the company continued its social involvement by supporting the Sports Festival, a multi-sport event held in Bucharest and Iași, with eight editions to date. Bringing together over 2,000 participants per edition, children and adults alike, the Sports Festival 2025 reached three editions per year: two editions in GREENFIELD Baneasa, Bucharest – spring and autumn, and a summer edition in Iasi.
2026, an anniversary year for IMPACT: 30 years since listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
IMPACT Developer & Contractor marks three decades of active presence on the local capital market in 2026.
