    Future Energy Leaders Romania announces new leadership team for 2026: Olivian Savin re-elected Executive Director

    Published on

    Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Romania, the youth platform of the Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-CME), announces the election of the Executive Director and the Departmental Leadership Team for 2026:
    • Olivian Savin – Executive Director FEL Romania.
    Along with the new team, formed by:
    • Raluca Andronoiu – Marketing and Communication Manager;
    • Ana Caldare – Community Manager;
    • Ionuț Diaconu – Programs and Events Manager;
    • Daniela Goreacii – Regulations and Public Affairs Manager.

    During the FEL Romania General Assembly in February 2026, the new leadership team of the steering committee, responsible for coordinating the program, was elected. The Executive Director and the FEL Board members are elected in separate sessions, following the votes of the active members in 2025, alumni and CNR-CME representatives.

    The new leadership team of FEL Romania aims to strengthen the community of young energy professionals, so that it actively contributes to the development of the industry and constantly adapts global energy trends in local public policy recommendations, concrete transition projects and strategic initiatives. The Board maintains its diverse composition, with an increased share of women, in line with the program’s annual efforts regarding diversity in energy leadership. At the same time, Raluca Gabor remains with the community as a Board Advisor, completing the final team with her expertise from two terms on the organization’s Board.

    “I am honored to continue in the role of Executive Director of FEL Romania for another year and grateful for the trust given by the members’ vote. Together with the new team, we aim to consolidate the impact of the program, develop relevant skills for young energy professionals and strengthen collaboration with the public, private and academic sectors. Our goal is to create the necessary context to develop ourselves through mentoring programs, technical visits, participation as speakers at conferences and other related activities. We will continue with editorial projects, analyses and information sessions, where we will share the experience of colleagues on specific but also general topics, legal debates, workshops and events. FEL Romania remains a platform that forms the leaders that the energy transition needs,” said Olivian Savin.

    “I was pleasantly impressed by the activity carried out by FEL in 2025 and I believe that the involvement of the entire team in the events and actions organized represents a solid basis for the action program agreed for this year. I congratulate the newly elected Board and I am convinced that together with all the members, with the drive, enthusiasm and professionalism they have shown, they will achieve wonderful things with the FEL brand in 2026 as well; I want to assure them that they will benefit from our support, that of the CNR CME management, in all their actions.”, declared Ion Lungu, President of CNR – CME.
