The Cris-Tim Family Holding (stock symbol: CFH), the leader in the cold cuts and ready-meals markets and one of the largest companies operating in the agri-food sector in Romania, a company listed on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) since November 26, 2025, benefits, as of December 2, 2025, from the Issuer’s Market Maker services provided by BRK Financial Group (BRK).

The Issuer’s Market Maker is the participant in the BVB trading system that has assumed the role of supporting the liquidity of a financial instrument.

In total, 24 financial instruments listed on the stock exchange benefit from the Issuer’s Market Maker services: 23 on the Regulated Market and one on the AeRO market.

“Six years after its launch, the Issuer’s Market Maker program remains an excellent option for companies looking to improve their share liquidity. We are pleased to see that, just a few days after its debut on the BVB Regulated Market, Cris-Tim Family Holding has chosen to support its liquidity through a partnership with BRK Financial Group, one of the most active intermediaries in this segment. We want more and more issuers to access this service, because the benefits are clear: it increases the attractiveness of shares among investors, increases the company’s visibility in the market and can contribute, over time, to the inclusion of the company’s shares in local or international indices”, said Remus Vulpescu, CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

“Following an initial public offer that attracted significant interest from both retail and institutional investors, our goal is to fully leverage the capital market mechanisms for the benefit of shareholders. As a performance-oriented company, we believe it is our responsibility to ensure that our shares are traded in a liquid and efficient market—an essential element for investors to have confidence when placing their capital. The adoption of Market Making services, in partnership with the BRK Financial Group, represents an important step in this direction. We want the Cris-Tim Family Holding to become one of the most visible companies on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and solid liquidity, combined with future inclusion in the main local and international indices, is central to reaching this goal,” said Radu Timiș Jr., CEO of the Cris-Tim Family Holding.

“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Cris-Tim, a company that recently completed a successful IPO and, since immediately after its listing, has been paying close attention to the liquidity of their shares. Under this partnership, we will display firm purchase and selling prices for a competitive package, equivalent to approximately EUR 50,000 in each direction, within a maximum spread of 3% and with a minimum presence of 90% of the trading session. We congratulate Cris-Tim for opening up to such a service and for professionally approaching the post-IPO stage through concrete measures aimed at strengthening the liquidity and visibility of their shares on the stock market,” said Monica Ivan, CEO of the BRK Financial Group.

The CFH action is the 17th financial instrument of a publicly traded issuer for which BRK provides Issuer Market Maker services.

The Cris-Tim Family Holding debuted on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on November 26, 2025, following an initial public offer (IPO) that attracted RON 454.35 million (EUR 89.3 million) from investors and enjoyed major success among retail investors, with their tranche recording a record subscription for the local capital market – 42 times, respectively 32 times after the reallocation of 5% of the institutional investors’ tranche. The company’s current capitalization is RON 1.42 billion.
