    Cargus appoints Răzvan Drăgoi as Chief Sales Officer

    Cargus, one of the largest courier companies in Romania, announces the appointment of Răzvan Drăgoi as Chief Sales Officer and member of the company’s board. With over 20 years of experience in logistics, automation and organisational development, including 16 years dedicated to the courier industry, Răzvan Drăgoi has led complex transformation projects, post-merger integrations and commercial development initiatives, playing an active role in the evolution and professionalisation of several top companies in Romania.

    ”I am returning to an industry that has shaped me both professionally and personally. Courier services taught me discipline, fast decision-making and the importance of building genuine relationships with clients. I am coming back with a fresh perspective, gained through strategic projects and new business areas, and with the desire to contribute to a positive shift. Cargus has significant potential, and my role will be to strengthen the commercial direction, build strong teams and support a phase in which stability, clarity and collaboration will matter more than ever. I am bringing all my energy to help deliver these objectives”, said Răzvan Drăgoi, Chief Sales Officer at Cargus.

    In his new role, Răzvan Drăgoi will coordinate the company’s sales strategy, focusing on strengthening relationships with business partners, optimising commercial performance and developing a sales culture centred on innovation, collaboration and sustainable results.
