Romania is home to a wealth of skilled professionals, innovative thinkers, and passionate creators. By establishing a presence here, we aim to tap into this incredible pool of talent, fostering collaboration and driving innovation that reflects the unique strengths of the local community. At the same time, this move allows us to be closer to our customers in the region, offering more responsive service, tailored solutions, and a deeper understanding of their needs.” said Christian Fleischhauer, Managing Director of Full Season GmbH.
“We are proud that Full Season has chosen Globalworth BOC for its first Bucharest office. Their presence enriches our tenant community and demonstrates how our continuous investments in innovation and sustainability make a real difference for companies seeking a reliable and inspiring workplace. Together, we are building an ecosystem that supports growth, partnership, and collaboration,” said Costin Barbu, Leasing Director of Globalworth Romania.
“This collaboration reflects one the most significant trends which we have recently noticed in the office market, namely a range of more diversified clients, such as companies from the communications sector, including data centers and satellite communications, as well as from defense, construction, and fintech. These companies are looking for modern, representative offices, but they are carefully calibrating the size of the spaces they choose. For us, as a Romanian broker, each collaboration with an important foreign company who chooses us to support their entrance on the market, is a big success. We are happy we managed to identify a space that already had the fit out done, in a well connected area, the perfect match for Media Broadcast Satellite. Also, the chosen building stands out through its exceptional technical infrastructure, providing extensive electrical capacity and essential redundancy systems designed to support tenant’s critical operations”, said Andreea Păun, Managing Partner at Griffes.
