The European Businesswomen’s Federation PEFA organizes the 4th edition of the Excellence in Business Gala, a prestigious event dedicated to recognizing the performance, leadership and contribution that the business environment has in the economic development of the country.
The event is hosted by the Ministry of National Defense, at the National Military Circle Palace, and brings together leaders from the economic, institutional, diplomatic and academic environments, under the sign of dialogue, collaboration and promotion of the values of responsible entrepreneurship.
The “Excellence in Business” Gala has become, over the years, a platform for recognizing the merits of those who contribute to strengthening the economy through innovation, social involvement and sustainable partnerships.
“Excellence is not a random result, but the fruit of work, perseverance and the courage to build. Through this gala, we want to bring to the forefront private, national companies, institutions, projects and remarkable people who change Romania for the better, who inspire and pave the way for new generations of leaders”, said Andreea Negru, President of the European Employers of Business Women PEFA.
During this year’s edition, awards will be given for performance in various fields – from entrepreneurship, education and innovation, to sustainability, leadership and digitalization.
“The Excellence in Business Gala is more than a festive event – it is a community of dedicated people who believe in collaboration, in the power of example and in the essential role they play in economic and social development.
