Endava, a British technology services provider, continues its development strategy in Romania by expanding its office space in Iași. The company has leased an additional 2,400 square meters in the United Business Center 1 (UBC 1) building, part of the Palas Iași mixed-use complex, bringing its total to 5,500 square meters.

Present in the Palas Iași complex, in the UBC 1 building, since 2010, Endava has started as a small office of 25 employees initially and has grown over the years to a team of over 700 specialists. Endava is one of the most important regional employers in the IT field, and in the coming period, it will hire more professionals from various technical disciplines, including Cloud, Data, and AI.

“Endava is one of the partners that has grown alongside IULIUS, with offices throughout the United Business Center network in Iași, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara. In Palas Iași, the company found a stable and flexible environment that allowed it to evolve and expand its team. We are happy to be part of their success story not only in Iași, but also in the other two cities. Endava’s presence in all the business hubs developed by IULIUS reconfirms the high standards and state-of-the-art facilities that our office buildings offer, including the benefits generated by their integration into mixed projects”, stated Ionuț Pavel, Office Buildings Manager Palas.

“At Endava, we believe in investing where our people and clients can thrive. Iași is one of our key technology hubs, a city with deep academic roots and a rapidly growing pool of skilled professionals that we’re proud to support. As we continue building in Iași, we’ll enhance our ability to serve clients across Europe and beyond, spark fresh ideas through closer teamwork, and strengthen partnerships with local universities to help shape the next generation of tech talent.  It’s our way of combining genuine local commitment with global reach, so our clients enjoy both scale and the personal touch that makes a real difference. Expanding our office in Iași is also a reflection of how much we value people. We’re creating a space where talented professionals can grow, collaborate and deliver real impact for our clients. As we continue to grow, our goal is to combine cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise, driving innovation that supports our communities and creates real, lasting value” stated Ștefana Ghețu, Location Manager Endava Iași.

The expansion in Iași complements Endava’s operations in other regional centers: in Cluj-Napoca, the company operates in the UBC building near Iulius Mall, and in Timișoara has an office in the UBC 3 building in Iulius Town.
