Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components have historically lacked comprehensive environmental data, posing a persistent challenge in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. AEC professionals have struggled to fully assess the embodied carbon of their construction projects due to the inaccessibility and scarcity of environmental data for building services.

This partnership offers crucial insights for architects, engineers, designers, and sustainability experts to make data-driven sustainable design decisions. With Schneider Electric’s electrical products EPD now widely available on the One Click LCA platform, these professionals can confidently incorporate the environmental impacts of their electrification choices into their project life cycle assessments and further mitigate MEP carbon emissions.
