Continuing its strategic expansion across Romania, Square 7, part of M Core announces the development of M Park Orăștie, a modern retail centre designed to meet the evolving needs of local communities.

The new scheme is being developed on a 23,000 sqm plot acquired in April 2024. Construction is already underway, with the centre set to open its doors in November 2025. The project will deliver approximately 5,500 sqm of built-up retail space.

Confirmed tenants include Agroland, Deichmann, Flanco, Kik, Pepco, Sinsay, Tedi, and Xpress, with additional services and amenities planned to enhance the daily lives of residents in Orăștie and the surrounding area.

“We are excited to expand the M Park network to Orăștie, a city with growing potential, where we believe a modern and accessible shopping centre will bring real value to the community. We are developing a sustainable, long-term project,” said Brîndușa Grama, Head of Asset Management at Square 7, part of M Core.

In line with M Core’s sustainability commitments, the development will include electric vehicle charging stations provided by Eldrive Romania and will be constructed in accordance with green building certification standards.
