Real estate developer Impact signs partnership with Realist Estate Agency for the markets in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine

    Published on

IMPACT Developer & Contractor signs an exclusive partnership with Realist Estate Agency to represent its residential projects in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The partnership offers clients from neighboring countries easy access to apartments developed by IMPACT in Bucharest, Constanta and Iasi, as well as consultancy and support in the acquisition process.

The residential projects exclusively represented by Realist Estate Agency are: GREENFIELD Baneasa and LUXURIA Residence, located in District 1 of Bucharest, BOREAL Plus in northern Constanta and GREENFIELD Copou in Iasi. IMPACT and Realist Estate Agency provide an exclusive list of properties at advantageous prices and with a reduced VAT of 9%, valid until July 31. Starting with August 1, the authorities announced that the VAT will increase to 21%, which makes July the most suitable time for a home purchase, whether it is of an investment nature or for living.

“The partnership with Realist Estate Agency comes as a result of a growing appetite for the homes we develop among citizens of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. We see high potential in these countries and we want to facilitate access to a larger segment of buyers to quality homes, strategically positioned and with high investment potential. We are confident in the success of this partnership.”, said Dan Sebastian Campeanu, CEO IMPACT Developer & Contractor.

“Our clients in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine are looking for secure real estate solutions – exactly what the projects developed by IMPACT offer. We are pleased to provide them with access to quality, modern and sustainable housing.”, stated Sergiu Mutruc, co-founder of Realist Estate Agency.
