Diversinst, a Romanian entrepreneurial company with over 30 years of experience in the design and execution of natural gas distribution systems, water and sewage utility works, and other installations, announces its financial results for the year 2024, marking the best performance in its history. The company doubled its turnover, reaching 129 million lei. The most recent works carried out by Diversinst serve a total of over 50,000 inhabitants.
Ionuț Claudiu Ștefan – CEO Diversinst: “2024 represented a key moment of strategic consolidation for Diversinst: we transitioned from being a network builder to becoming an operator, entering the segment of public natural gas distribution service concessions. We exceeded the established objectives, managing to double our turnover. The design and execution of natural gas distribution networks remains the main growth driver, representing 80% of the business. In parallel, we are expanding our presence in complementary fields such as land improvement works and are opening a new branch in Constanța to support regional expansion. We are in top 10 companies in the field and aim to climb into the top 5 nationally. We remain open to collaborations with strategic partners and focus on major infrastructure projects with concrete impact on regional development and on improving the quality of life in the communities in which we operate.”
Operating revenues reached 136 million lei, an increase of 129%, reflecting the growth of projects through the opening of new construction sites and process optimization. The average number of employees increased by 23%, reaching 140.
Starting from 2024, the company entered the concession and operation segment of natural gas distribution networks. In the past 7 years, Diversinst has annually ensured the installation of over 200 km of pipelines for natural gas distribution and over 4,000 connections for residential complexes.
As association leader, Diversinst coordinates projects in advanced execution phases regarding the establishment and expansion of intelligent natural gas distribution systems in the counties of Olt, Vâlcea, Dolj, Vrancea, and Giurgiu, as well as sewage systems in the counties of Dolj and Călărași.
