French real estate group Catinvest, active on the Romanian property market for over 20 years, announces a partnership with Win Advisors, company that specializes in hotel consulting and management, for the administration of its hospitality project Aparthotel Craiova, inaugurated earlier this year within ElectroPutere Parc in Craiova.

Win Advisors will fully handle the management of Catinvest’s aparthotel, marking the second property it operates under a hotel management agreement. The company will manage both day-to-day operations and the commercial strategy. Win Advisors will provide comprehensive services including operations, marketing and customer experience optimization, tailored to the current demands of the hospitality industry, whether for business stays or leisure. The operational strategy includes a commercial repositioning of the property, the integration of MICE services (corporate, social and teambuilding events), as well as the introduction of flexible packages for urban clients, including options with breakfast.

”For us, the customer is at the heart of every decision. Beyond the quality of our investment, we want each guest’s experience to be flawless. Our collaboration with Win Advisors provides exactly this advantage: an experienced team capable of optimizing daily operations and elevating services to international market standards. This is the first project in our Romanian portfolio to be operated under an external management model, an important step in expanding the group’s presence in the hospitality sector”, says Bertrand Catteau, CEO, Catinvest Group.

The strategy developed by Win Advisors focuses on increasing the flexibility and personalization of services by introducing tailored packages for different types of stays and including breakfast options, an important step in the aparthotel’s repositioning, aligned with the needs of the modern urban guest.

”For us, Aparthotel Craiova represents much more than a new hotel, it is the tangible expression of our philosophy: crafted hospitality services. We are committed to reinventing hospitality through a thoughtful approach, tailored to the market and to the real needs of today’s guests. Craiova is on a clear growth path, and we are proud to play an active role in this dynamic”, said Alina Vladulescu, Managing Partner, Win Advisors.

The French group Catinvest is active on the real estate market in France, known both for its portfolio of luxury residential projects – which includes over 38 iconic buildings in Paris, many with direct views of the Eiffel Tower -, and for its commercial developments. In Eastern Europe, its portfolio includes the Savoya Park shopping center in Budapest and Borska Pole in Plzen. In Romania, Catinvest owns and manages ElectroPutere Parc, along with other major retail centers such as Orhideea and Esplanada in Bucharest and Tom Constanta. In total, Catinvest manages over 525,000 square meters of property across France and Eastern Europe.

With an active presence across Central and Southeastern Europe, Win Advisors aims to accelerate its operational footprint over the next 18 months. The short-term action plan includes more than 700 rooms currently in the contracting phase for hotel management, in addition to the 350 already under contract, with the goal to become a strategic hotel operator in the region by 2027.
