Oresa Industra, one of the active players on Romania’s logistics and industrial real estate market, announces the lease of 4,000 sqm to Sano, a renowned German animal feed producer with operations in over 35 countries worldwide.
Sano’s decision to establish its first Romanian warehouse in Arad confirms the growing trend of companies investing in the Western region of Romania – a logistics hotspot in rapid expansion.
Industra Park Arad is the result of a successful redevelopment of a former retail gallery, now transformed into a modern industrial facility aligned with international standards. With a leasable area of 32,000 sqm and an occupancy rate of over 60%, the park attracts tenants across various sectors – from logistics and manufacturing to retail.
“Arad is the second-largest logistics hub in Western Romania in terms of warehouse stock. Thanks to its strategic location, Industra Park Arad facilitates efficient distribution operations for companies targeting both national and international markets, serving as a key logistics stop,” stated Lorena Brehuescu, Investment and Leasing Manager, Oresa Industra.
This milestone marks an important step for Sano, whose warehouse is set to become operational in Q3 2025.
