The business services industry in Romania celebrated its performers at Romanian Business Services Forum & Awards, 2025 Edition!

Last night, the Who’s who in business services industry in Romania celebrated the most performing projects, managers and companies at the yearly edition of ROMANIAN BUSINESS SERVICES FORUM & AWARDS. The event was held at InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest and welcomed the leaders of the industry and their Guests in a special rewarding night.

This award goes to a nation-wide creative campaign, developed with the support of the European Commission’s AccessibleEU, that sheds light into the real needs of persons with disabilities and societal obstacles that hinder their integration, all while encouraging society to actively support persons with disabilities. The campaign targets people without disabilities, both inside and outside the company, that are willing to learn about the challenges people with disabilities face, and how they can help given the chance. This campaign is also part of a wider approach of the company which, in recent years, together with relevant NGOs such as Amais and Special Olympics, they have developed and supported relevant initiatives targeting different types of disabilities.

This category awards a solution that comes to support the services provider’s capabilities span towards 9 international customers having their infrastructure spread across 14 data centers. This resulted not only in a staggering number of >100K tickets handled yearly, but also in a complex customer-customized environment. Their AI & Machine Learning Predictive Failure solution partially removed the need for manual ticket intervention and allowed the company to automate over 22 000 incidents annually, reducing the manual work and achieving an astonishing reduction of over 1,2 million hours of work in Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).

🏆 L&D INITIATIVE OF THE YEAR
This award goes to a company and their landmarks projects of opening the first AI Innovation Hub in Bucharest and in October 2023, they expanded with the third location in Iași, a state-of-the-art collaboration hub. Since then, the team has grown to over 650 professionals in 18 months, across roles in finance, content moderation, customer care, and supply chain. They partnered with leading local institutions, including Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Teach for Romania NGO, and regional professional networks. In just 18 months, the company transformed its Iași hub into a thriving center for innovation and collaboration. In April this year, they opened a second location, a new delivery center, underscoring the long-term commitment to growth in the region. 🏆 BEST UNIVERSITY-BUSINESS COOPERATION PROJECT OF THE YEAR
This category awards a project that revolves around the collaboration between the developing company’s branches with local universities. It focused on enhancing student engagement and promoting sustainability through educational workshops and interactive sessions. Through this partnership with local universities in Bucharest and Timisoara, the company took the opportunity to engage with over 400 students across two months.The meeting sessions covered an array of topics including an overview of the company’s operations in Romania such as the commitment to corporate social responsibility, the development of innovative Al tools, and the promotion of global career opportunities.

This category awards a solution implemented and dedicated to the company’s employees who are parents, for the days they come to the office and have no one to leave their children with. The space adequately adapted to the kids’ needs, is located on the ground floor of the offices building, thus being very accessible to the employees. The space is a socio-educational solution where children benefit from educational activities in different areas of their development: mobility, cognitive and linguistic development, socio-emotional, artistic, ecological, practical and personal. The specific activities for children are delivered by an external partner with 3 educators, specialized in modern pedagogical approaches and with educational studies.

The objective is to maintain relationships with local authorities and deliver technological solutions in a cost-effective set-up.So, the awarded company demonstrated its capability by independently managing the transition, quickly updating some of the technology, and leading the redesign of processes for the customer.
