ELI Parks, one of Romania’s leading industrial and logistics park developers, announces the signing of a new lease agreement with DAAS, part of the Epta Group – a global leader in commercial refrigeration solutions. DAAS will occupy a new 3,600 sqm warehouse and office space at ELI Park Ploiești.

This transaction strengthens the ongoing collaboration between ELI Parks and DAAS, who are already leasing a 9,000 sqm facility within the park.

“We are pleased to further develop our partnership with DAAS, a top player in the refrigeration solutions market. Their expansion within ELI Park Ploiești is a strong endorsement of the quality of our developments and the strategic value of our locations,” said ELI Parks’s representative.

“In ELI Parks we found the answer to all our needs regarding office and storage space, and we collaborated with our partners from the very early stages of the project. We are pleased to be expanding this relationship and are confident that we will continue along the same path,” stated representatives of DAAS.
