    The Ministry of Finance launches on May 9 a new offer for Fidelis government bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

    The Ministry of Finance (MF) carries out between May 9-16 a new public offering for Fidelis government bonds dedicated to retail investors. It is the fourth offering carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in 2025 and the 24th since the resumption of the Fidelis program in July 2020. Through the previous 23 offerings, the Ministry of Finance attracted almost 48.8 billion RON (9.9 billion euros) from individual investors.

    This new offer consists of six issues, two in EUR and four in RON, out of which one is dedicated to blood donors. On the donors’ tranche, orders can only be placed by investors who have donated blood between November 1, 2024, and May 16, 2025.

    Resident and non-resident individuals over the age of 18 years can subscribe Fidelis government bonds denominated in RON and EUR within the public sale offer carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, through the intermediary consortium or intermediaries authorized by Financial Supervisory Authority who have signed an undertaking to comply with the conditions of the offering and the provisions of the prospectus and have sent the undertaking to the Lead Manager.

    The consortium consists of BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager), Alpha Bank Romania, Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD – Groupe Societe Generale and TradeVille (Intermediaries) and Banca Transilvania, Libra Internet Bank (Distribution Group).
