Filip & Company assists Amstar Management in the sale of Duke Romană and Duke Armenească hotels in Bucharest

    Published on

Filip & Company law firm assisted Amstar Management in the sale of two hotels located in the center of Bucharest – the Duke Romană and Duke Armenească hotels.

„The hotel sector in Bucharest is going through a period of active development, driven by the recovery of business tourism, the resumption of international events, and a growing interest in city breaks. Competition for central locations is becoming increasingly intense and investors are more and more focused on property repositioning. Transactions in the hotel sector involve, beyond the typical real estate components, a good understanding of the operational specifics and industry regulations. We are delighted to have contributed to the successful completion of this transaction and thank our clients at Amstar Management for their trust,” said Ioana Roman, partner and coordinator of the Real Estate practice at Filip & Company.

The Filip & Company team involved in this transaction was led by Ioana Roman (partner) and included Cristina Tudoran (partner), Alexandru Moraru (senior associate), Roxana Iordache (senior associate) and Alexandra Ionescu (associate).
