    • MHP Consulting Romania marks a new stage of development with the appointment of Radu Radovici as CEO.
    • This transition follows nearly 11 years of leadership from Bernd-Otto Hörmann, during which MHP Romania became the largest MHP subsidiary worldwide.

A remarkable journey, a new chapter

“Bernd-Otto Hörmann led MHP Romania with remarkable vision and an unwavering passion for people. With the courage to establish this company from the ground up, Bernd built what MHP Romania represents today: the largest subsidiary of MHP, with a talented team and offices in Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Bucharest, and strong partnerships with the most important academic communities in Romania”, said Marc Zimmermann, Group CFO at MHP.

Bernd-Otto Hörmann takes the lead in the newest project of MHP, a key step in the group’s global expansion. In this regard, Bernd-Otto Hörmann said: ”I am extremely grateful for this extraordinary team. We have built something remarkable together, and now I am excited to contribute to the next stage of MHP’s growth.”

Zimmermann expressed confidence in Radu Radovici’s leadership moving forward: “I am sure that Radu will continue our Romanian success story. Congratulations to both on their new roles. I look forward to further expanding our Global Delivery organization to-gether”.

Radu Radovici: Leadership with a vision for the future, four clear directions.

MHP Consulting Romania continues its evolution under the leadership of someone who has grown within the company. Radu Radovici, now CEO, is not just stepping into a new role—he is clear proof that MHP invests in and nurtures leaders from within the company.
Since 2019, Radovici has played a key role in enhancing MHP Romania’s delivery capabilities, expanding the technology portfolio, and connecting teams, projects, and clients under a unified vision. As a Partner, Radu has focused on implementing the MHP 2030 strategy, contributing to the company’s strengthened global presence.

Now, Radu Radovici steps into this role deeply connected to MHP’s DNA, ready to continue the success story of the subsidiary in Southeastern Central Europe.

‘I take on this responsibility with great respect for Bernd’s contributions and with the determination to take MHP Romania even further. At this stage, I will focus on four key directions: people development, accelerating innovation, global growth, and organizational stability.
Most importantly, I want us to keep building while preserving what defines us: an exceptional team and a culture that inspires per-formance,’ said Radovici.

Monica Potop: the CFO’s Perspective: A Complementary Vision
“Radu Radovici’s extensive experience in business and leadership will significantly strengthen MHP Consulting Romania’s position as a trusted global partner. Together, we aim to expand our technology portfolio and remain an industry benchmark, always keeping our people—the most valuable asset we have—in focus,” added Monica Potop, CFO of MHP Consulting Romania.
This leadership transition marks a natural continuation of MHP Consulting Romania’s success—a company that remains committed to its mission of making a real impact on the future through innovative digital solutions. Developed and implemented across various industries, these solutions always keep sustainability at the forefront.
