CTP announces the expansion of its partnership with RARA Logistic, a leading Romanian logistics provider. The collaboration now spans over 31,000 sqm across CTP’s parks in Bucharest, Sibiu, and Deva. Since the start of their collaboration in 2023 with an initial lease of 11,800 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West, RARA Logistic has consistently expanded within CTP’s parks.

In 2024, RARA Logistic expanded its footprint to 4,500 (4,800) sqm at CTPark Sibiu, followed by another expansion to 5,500 sqm in CTPark Deva in 2025. Currently, an additional 8,900 sqm in Bucharest West is slated for expansion.

RARA Logistic, founded in 2009, specializes in tailored logistics services, alleviating the stress of storage space search for clients. Operating with two class A warehouses totalling 15,000 (25,300) sqm in Sibiu, the company offers a comprehensive range of storage and distribution services for products of all shapes and sizes.
