    Vista Bank acquires Alpha Leasing Romania

    Vista Bank announces the agreement with Alpha Bank and Alpha International Holdings for the acquisition of the shares (100%) in Alpha Leasing Romania, which also holds 100% of Alpha Insurance Brokerage Romania.

    The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year and is subject to approval by the competent authorities.

    Georgios Athanasopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of Vista Bank says: “The acquisition of Alpha Leasing (Romania) represents another milestone for Vista Bank and is in alignment with our strategy to further increase and consolidate our position as Group in the market.     PWC and David & Baias provided tax & legal advice.
