    FEL Romania organizes a new edition of the “Women in Energy” conference on November 28

    Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Romania, the youth platform of the Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-WEC), organizes the 4th edition of the “Women in Energy” conference on November 28, 2024, 4:00 PM-10:00 PM, ONE Tower, Scenario Room.

    This conference aims to be an authentic discussion platform for women working in the energy sector, promoting Leadership, Career Development and Mentoring. The event will bring together women leaders, professionals and industry experts to share experiences and create solutions for the future of an inclusive energy transition.

    This year, Women in Energy aims to raise awareness among the general public about the valuable contribution that women are already making to the energy transition. The initiative aims to inspire new generations of women in the energy sector and deepen the importance of mentorship as an essential tool for professional development.

    FEL Romania develops programs that support women in the energy sector in overcoming professional barriers and reaching their full potential, by providing knowledge, direct mentoring and networking opportunities. By organizing this event, FEL Romania aims to support the professional community of women in the energy field.
