MASTERBUILD General Contractor & Developer completed the works on a new shopping center in Pitesti, developed by Square 7 Properties in partnership with the Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM. The new Pitești Shopping Park is located in the northern area of ​​Pitești and has a total leasable area of ​​24,000 sqm.

The value of the investment in this project amounts to over 19 million euros. The shopping center serves a population of approximately 150,000 inhabitants of Pitești and the surrounding areas and is divided into two areas: a DIY and construction area and a shopping gallery.

The total built area of ​​the new shopping center amounts to over 17,000 square meters, with over 20,800 square meters of roads, platforms and parking lots, 5,023 green spaces, and the full coordination and general undertaking of the project is signed by MASTERBUILD.
