Garanti BBVA is launching the GIA chatbot, designed to enhance customer experience and simplify support services. The GIA virtual assistant is available on all devices (smartphone, tablet, or desktop) and can respond to customer inquiries in two languages, Romanian and English, providing answers to frequently asked questions and assistance for complex needs.

Through GIA we aim to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience, enabling Garanti BBVA customers to access information and address their financial needs quickly and efficiently”, said Tolga Banyocu, Deputy General Manager, Client Solutions Area, Garanti BBVA.

GIA utilizes GPT technology to deliver relevant responses to customers based on the information available on the bank`s website. The chatbot can provide personalized assistance for individual customers, SME&PFA, and Corporate customers, in addition to offering common content accessible to all customer segments.

Garanti BBVA is part of the Garanti BBVA Romania Group, together with Garanti BBVA Leasing and Garanti BBVA Consumer Finance, which complete the bank’s offer with specific leasing products, fleet management services, as well as consumer loans.
