Radu Hanga appointed as president of BVB for another four years

The shareholders of the Bucharest Stock Exchange have decided today, in the General Assembly, that Radu Hanga will remain the president of BVB for the next 4 years.

The new board members are: Cristian Pascu, Daniela Secara, Șerban Marin, Loredana Chitu, Radu Hanga, Remus Vulpescu, Robert Pana, Octavian Molnar and Claudia Ionescu.

The new mandates will begin with the date of individual approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority, but not earlier than February 13, 2024, the date of expiration of the mandate of the current members of the Exchange Council.
