    The shareholders of BT Leasing Transilvania approved the merger with Tiriac Leasing

    The BT Leasing Transilvania IFN SA shareholders approved the merger proposal of BT Leasing Transilvania IFN SA with Tiriac Leasing IFN SA, during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 16 this year.

    As a result of Tiriac Leasing IFN SA acquisition by the Banca Transilvania in June this year, both leasing companies are part of Banca Transilvania Financial Group. The merger has as main objective the natural consolidation, together with an increase of the leasing business.

    The merger will follow the legal procedures and until the closing of the entire merging process, both leasing companies will continue to have separate activities.
