The Regina Maria health network adds to its portfolio Muntenia Hospital from Pitesti, founded and managed so far by SIF Muntenia. The acquisition, whose completion is conditional on the approval of the Competition Council.

Muntenia Hospital is the largest private hospital in Arges County. The team consists of nearly 75 employees and collaborators, covering all medical specialties, including: urology, dermatology, ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, anesthesia and intensive care, hematology, neurology, psychiatry, pediatric psychiatry, psychology, laboratory medicine, radiology and medical imaging.

In recent years, Regina Maria has been involved in over 35 transactions with full takeover of 100% of the shares.
