SkyTower has signed a lease extension and two new lease contracts, as current tenant Farmasi and newcomers EBV Elektronik & Be Think Solve Execute Ro have secured their offices in the tallest office building in Romania.

Farmasi, the international beauty, personal care, and wellness products manufacturer, has signed an extension for its offices at the 18th floor of the iconic office building. The company has been a SkyTower tenant since the beginning of 2019.

EBV Elektronik, one of the leading specialists in European semiconductor distribution, with 50 years of experience in the electronics industry, has signed a five-year lease contract for its new headquarters located at the 12th floor of SkyTower.

For the next 7 years, the tower’s 12th floor will also be the head office of Be Think Solve Execute Ro, a leading Business Consulting & Advanced IT Service Platform for Financial Institutions.

“We are pleased to announce these partnerships that are a further proof of quality of the office spaces we provide in SkyTower and of our long-lasting commitment to ensure the best environment for our tenants and their employees. Considering the new context, with people gradually returning to the office and the adoption of a general working hybrid system, we all need safer, healthier, and more practical working environments. We are aware of the need of networking, the performance setting and wellbeing elements that the office brings into an employee’s life. We thank Farmasi for the longstanding partnership and we welcome EBV Elektronik and Be Think Solve Execute Ro in the heart of the Northern business district, in our premium office spaces and dynamic community. We thank them for choosing to be part of our story having chosen us”, stated Florentina Mitricoaia, Leasing and Asset Manager of RPHI Romania, the company that owns and manages SkyTower.

SkyTower is the tallest building in Romania and the most iconic office building of Bucharest. The tower has 37 floors reaching a height of 137 meters above ground and 60 meters of underground structure, hosting 5 floors of parking and storage spaces.
