Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands its Land & Industrial team coordinated by Andrei Brânzea by recruiting Marius Frunzuc and Ștefan Oprea, two specialists with a combined experience of 33 years in the real estate market.

Marius Frunzuc has an experience of 18 years in the real estate market, being involved in the expansion process of companies such as Amrest – the franchisor of the Starbucks and Burger King networks in Romania, Profi, Sameday and Telekom.

Ștefan Oprea has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has worked for companies such as Impact Developer & Contractor or Hanner RD.
