    Logicor delivers 38,000 sqm of new warehouse space in Bucharest I logistics park

    Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the development of a new warehouse in Mogosoaia, Romania. The new 38,000 sqm Building D, fully leased ahead of development completion, is part of the Logicor Bucharest I logistics park.

    Bartosz Mierzwiak, Managing Director of Logicor for CEE & Northern Europe, said: “Demand for high-quality logistics properties around Bucharest continues to soar, making it one of the most dynamic regions in the CEE area. At Bucharest I Logistics park, customers will find high-quality warehouse space that can be adapted to their needs in order to support their growth potential. In Romania, we own logistics zoned land allowing for the incremental development of more than 450,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space in prime logistics regions and are well positioned to meet our customer’s requirements.”

    With the completion of Building D, Logicor Bucharest I logistics park comprises four buildings with a total area of 125,000 sqm of warehouse space.

    Both international and local companies have already committed to the long-term pre-let of 100% of Building D. Tenants represent a wide range of sectors including FMCG (Kaufland Romania, Top Line Distribution, B&B Romania), Pharma (Fildas Romania), logistics and distribution (Vector International, Pro-Natur, SLS Cargo, Eurovet).
