    Filip & Company assists Sensiblu in the acquisition of 23 pharmacies in Optifarm

    Filip & Company has assisted Sensiblu, part of A&D Pharma – Dr. Max group, in acquiring 23 pharmacies that had belonged to Optifarm.

    Filip & Company provided legal assistance in relation to the contractual documentation and the notification of the transaction before the Romanian Competition Council. The transaction required that several complex commercial and financial aspects be tackled and reflected in the contractual documentation.

    The Filip & Company team was coordinated by Monica Statescu (partner) and included Simona Ungureanu (associate), while Georgeta Gavriloiu (counsel) coordinated the competition team involved in the case that consisted of Dragos Iordache (senior associate) and Andrea Pantiru (associate).
