Adrian Boiarciuc, Romgaz: “It is essential that all decision makers are involved in the digital transformation of the energy sector”

    Published on

“The need to use digital technologies is essential, it is no longer optional. Most suppliers that offer IT solutions in the field of energy only provide cloud-based solutions. We need updated legislation in order to benefit from all the advantages of these solutions,” Adrian Boiarciuc, CIO Romgaz, said during Digital Transformation in Energy & Utilities, organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“Digital transformation becomes easily inaccessible to companies in the field without a declassification of the data and information used. I am referring strictly to certain ANRM regulations that limit data processing. It is essential that all decision makers are involved in the digital transformation of the energy sector.”
