    TeraPlast received the approval of the Serbian Competition authority for the sale of its steel division

    The Commission for Protection of Competition in Serbia issued the favorable notice for the sale to Kingspan Group of the shares held by TeraPlast in the three companies part of the TeraPlast Group’s Steel Division, a release shows.

    This is the second and last approval notice needed for the transaction to be closed. On January 12, the European Commission approved, in its turn, the sale of TeraSteel and Wetterbest.

    These customary conditions being met, the closing shall take place on February 26 and the initial consideration shall be determined and paid, TeraPlast announced.
