Vodafone Romania launches Flex, the first subscription from the operator’s portfolio that can be configured and managed exclusively digitally. Vodafone Flex allows customers to change their subscription benefits whenever they want during a month. Moreover, customers who will not be able to pay their subscription in a specific month will be able to continue to receive calls during a grace period without being disconnected.

Everything is within the customers’ control, with one click away. They have access to a simple online payment, while they can adapt or change their plan as needed and not experience any bill shock or unwanted charges”, said Mostafa El-Beltagy, Director Consumer Business Unit, Vodafone Romania.

Flex users can, at any time, completely change their existing offer or to add extra bundles with national and international minutes and SMS, as well as GB of mobile internet, but also to temporarily stop the subscription depending on the specific communication needs.

The Flex subscriptions offer a full digital experience through the My Vodafone application. At the end of the subscription setup process, customers will receive the new SIM card at the specified address. The full control provided by Flex is completed by the fully digital payment method. Thus, users have access to a payment system similar to the ones available for the video streaming services, with a monthly recurrence that can be changed at any time depending on the user’s needs.

Flex is available to users of mobile services in Romania, regardless of their mobile network, without a contractual period, for a cost starting from 7 euros for 30 days.
