Coletaria.ro, a company specialized in shipping and delivering parcels, with the largest network of pick-up points in Central and Eastern Europe, doubles the investments on the Romanian market and allocates 2 million euros for business development in 2021.

The investments will be directed towards the opening of two new warehouses of 4,000 square meters each, in Oradea and Bucharest. Currently, Coletaria.ro operates 2 warehouses in Romania: one in Bucharest, a regional hub, which allows direct deliveries of parcels to Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus, with a delivery time of 24 hours and one in Oradea, 1,000 sqm, located near the Borș customs, on the border with Hungary, in order to facilitate the fast delivery of parcels to Romania to online stores in the EU.

Also, the investments started last year in the logistics development, in the technical and parcel handling equipment, in the development of the platform, in the increase of the employed personnel, in the creation of new direct international transport lines, in technical integrations, in the development network of pick-up points and in the growth of the domestic transport fleet.

Another objective of Coletăria.ro for 2021 is to increase the number of online stores partners. Last year, the company recorded a 200% increase in the number of online store customers. Most of Coletaria.ro’s customers sell cosmetics, perfumes, clothes, jewellery, IT&C products, household appliances, products related to the health & beauty industry and, more recently, health protection products, where there is a significant increase in the context COVID 19.
