    Impact Developer & Contractor delivers the second phase of Luxuria Residence project in Bucharest

    Impact Developer & Contractor delivers the second phase of the residential compound Luxuria Residence, located in Expozitiei area in Bucharest. The new development phase includes 4 buildings with a total of 268 premium units, an indoor park of 2,500 sqm, a lounge, and a fitness center for the residents. 

    Luxuria Residence reaches a total of 500 finished apartments, corresponding to the first two stages of development, having other 130 units being under construction, in the third phase, which will be delivered in the first half of 2021. The second phase of the project accommodates an indoor park of 2,500 square meters, with Japanese gardens, urban furniture, and an artesian fountain, as part of a landscape project that involves an investment of 500,000 euros.

    The units from the project’s second phase have a vast typology: from studios to 2-room, 3-room, and 4-room apartments, as well as duplexes and penthouses for a select lifestyle. The apartments have total areas ranging from 75 sqm to 349 sqm.
