    Laura Baiasu, Wipro Romania: “Feedback is one of the most important things we are focusing on”

    “What we have learned so far is that there are no more geographical barriers between us. We are able to stay in touch with each other during this period. We managed to have all our colleagues working from home in a timely manner,” Laura Baiasu, Head of Quality Romania, Wipro Limited said during the Digital Transformation Conference – Fintech & Banking.

    “The aspect of being protected and having data protection that was also met. We were reinforcing those policies to make sure that work was being performed as usual and making customers happy as usual. It doesn’t matter where you are, the work is still going to be done. The future will be a combination between working from the office and working from home.

    The customer is one of the key focus areas for us. Everything that we do is from a customer experience perspective. Feedback is one of the most important things we are focusing on. It can be captured through multiple channels. The feedback is really important because you need to understand the end-customer perception of value created. Having the customer feedback it’s easier to check if you are following the right direction and if you are providing value to your customers.”
