    Published on

AFI Europe Romania has concluded a rebranding process, following a change in the company’s shareholders structure. As a result, AFI Europe Romania has now a new brand identity.

On the local market, AFI Europe Romania operates major projects in retail, office and residential sectors. The company’s landmark project is AFI Cotroceni, in Bucharest, the largest shopping mall in the country and one of the largest in South-East Europe; the company’s retail portfolio also includes AFI Ploiesti. Office projects include AFI Park 1-5, adjacent to AFI Cotroceni, as well as AFI Tech Park 1, part of a business campus that will include two other office buildings, upon the project’s completion.

In 2020, the company finalized the first phase of AFI City, the company’s first residential project on the local market, and will deliver AFI Brasov, a mixed retail and office project, situated in the center of Brasov.
