    Transelectrica says the provisional Directorate members have accepted their four months’ mandate

    Transelectrica announced that the provisional Directorate members, designated on June 9 by the Supervisory Board for a four months’ mandate have expressly accepted their mandates.

    The appointments of Catalin Nitu, Ionut-Bogdan Grecia, Andreea-Mihaela Miu, Marius-Viorel Stanciu and Corneliu-Bogdan Marcu become effective beginning with June 21, 2020.
