    Published on

Nuclearelectrica has initiated the selection and recruitment procedure for the position of Chief Financial Officer of SNN, for a 4 year mandate.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will carry out the selection procedure with the assistance of the human resources expert company Pluri Consultants.

On March 25, at the recommendation of the human resources expert company, SNN decided to postpone the selection and recruitment process for the CFO position considering the state of emergency established in Romania, following the SARS-COV-2 pandemic and the mobility restrictions implemented by the state authorities and the measures for the prevention of the spread of the virus.

At that respective date, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Paul Ichim as Chief Financial Officer with a provisional mandate of 4 moths with the possibility of extension with 2 months, starting with 31.03.2020.

The selection and recruitment procedure for the position of Chief Financial Officer of SNN will be initiated on June 12. The candidacies for the position of SNN CFO may be received until July 13.
