    Electrica wants to buy CEZ subsidiaries in Romania through consortium including Hidroelectrica and SAPE

    Electrica announces that it is currently exploring the possibility to participate through a potential consortium to be formed with Societatea de Administrare a Participațiilor în Energie (S.A.P.E.) and Hidroelectrica in a competitive procedure organized by CEZ for the sale of its Romanian subsidiaries.

    “Electrica shall promptly inform its shareholders and investors in connection with any aspects regarding the potential participation to the project described above, which shall be disclosed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions,” said Corina Popescu, CEO Electrica.
