Crina Ilie, Genpact: “Employees and employers are equally responsible for the future”

    Published on

Both employers and employees are equally responsible for the future, according to Crina Ilie, People Function Leader Europe, Genpact. “Being in HR for over 22 years and actually spending most of my time in recruitment, I believe we should not place employers and employees on antagonistic sides. We are not in a conflicting situation,” she said during the online conference  REORGANIZING THE WORK – SAFETY&HEALTH MAKE THE AGENDA, organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest on May 14 and dedicated to the current health & safety aspects defining the workplace right now. “In these times, I’ve seen willingness of people to connect and engage on a deeper and more meaningful conversation than ever. I’m talking about employees, employers and customers. We are forced by this global pandemic to actually think bigger than we are. We will not be able to get out of this successfully on our own.”
