The health and safety of its customers, employees and the communities in which it operates is one of the main concerns of Enel companies in Romania. Therefore, Enel has offered a multitude of alternatives to its customers for paying their invoices, for finding information about invoices, how to send the index, how to contact company representatives to receive details about ongoing contracts or how to sign a new contract.
During this period, customers will be able to contact Enel by phone, email, or Live Agent channel on the Facebook Messenger application. All contact details are available here.
Invoice and payment methods
Customers do not have to wait for the postman in order to receive the electricity or gas bill. Enel customers have two easy to use options to receive the electronic invoice as soon as it has been issued: by email or text message, or they can choose to download a copy of the invoice here.
Instead of making their way to the store or to various payment points, customers can choose to use the MyEnel application, which is very easy to use on your computer, phone or tablet. More details here.
If customers still want to make cash payments, they should use self-pay cash machines, located in Profi, Auchan, Mega Image, Carrefour, Kaufland chain stores, as well as in grocery stores.
Other options for paying the bill are – ATMs, direct debit, internet or bank transfer.
Details about Enel’s banking and commercial partners can be found on the electricity bill, as well as here.
Channels for online operations
Active Customers in the digital environment can access the MyEnel account, which can be easily activated either online, on my.enel.ro, or by downloading the mobile application for free, from the App Store or Google Play.
