Hidroelectrica completes selection procedure for the IPO legal consultant, signs contract with Dentons Europe

Hidroelectrica has signed the contract for the necessary services in connection with the IPO procedure. The contract was won by Dentons Europe, at a price of 429,000 Euro, compared to the estimated value of the acquisition of 700,000 Euro.

“By signing the contract for legal services for listing, we made sure that we have with us one of the largest law firms in the world, a suitable partner for a company of the Hidroelectrica caliber,” said Bogdan Badea, president of the Hidroelectrica board of directors.
