    Online retailer Vivre Deco corporate bonds start trading on Bucharest Stock Exchange

    Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on April 10 will start trading on Multilateral Trading System (MTS) the euro denominated corporate bonds issued by Vivre Deco, one of the largest online home and deco retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.

    The bonds were bought by 66 investors, both individuals and institutional investors, through a private placement.

    Vivre will use the financing raised to support the company’s accelerated development strategy, especially through investments in marketing tools, with the aim of expanding the customer base and increasing brand awareness, as well as investments in technology and automation.

    Last year, Vivre Deco recorded revenues of almost 200 million RON, an operating profit EBITDA of 7.1 million RON and a net profit of 3.4 million RON. The company is present in nine countries in Central and Eastern Europe and has registered a sustained development over the last 5 years, with a turnover increase on average by 28% annually.
