    Transelectrica appoints Catalin Nitu as CEO for two months, starting April 21

    As the mandate of the current Directorate members ceases de jure on April 20, 2020, National Power Grid Company Transelectrica announces that Catalin Nitu was elected as Directorate Chairman (CEO), starting with April 21, for a period of two months.

    Furthermore, Transelectrica has extended the mandates of the following provisional Directorate members, starting with April 21, 2020, for a period of two months: Catalin Nitu, Ionuț-Bogdan Grecia, Andreea-Mihaela Miu, Corneliu Bogdan Marcu.

    The company has appointed Marius Viorel Stanciu as provisional Directorate member, starting with April 21, 2020, for two months.
