    Skanska appoints new management team for real estate operations in CEE region

    Skanska appoints new management team for its real real estate operation in Central and Eastern Europe, also creates a regional hub. The Skanska commercial real estate development division in Central and Eastern Europe operates in 10 cities in four countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.

    The new team of Executive Directors in the Commercial Real Estate Development Division of Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe – is effective as of January 21, 2020:

    • Arkadiusz Rudzki, Executive Vice President of Leasing & Sales
    • Mariusz Krzak, Executive Vice President of Operations Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk)
    • Marcin Łapiński, Executive Vice President of Operations Poland (Krakow, Katowice, Łódź and Poznań)
    • Aurelia Luca, Executive Vice President of Operations Romania
    • Alexandra Tomaskova, Executive Vice President of Operations Hungary and Czech Republic
    • Thomas Henriksson, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer
    • Karolina Radziszewska, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
