    Sévan Kaloustian is the new Managing Director of Janssen Romania

    At the end of last year, Sévan Kaloustian took over the role of Managing Director of Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, in Romania. Previously, Sévan Kaloustian was Commercial Director for Janssen Poland.

    During his ten-year career at Janssen, Sévan Kaloustian has played a key role in facilitating patients’ access to the Janssen portfolio of innovative drugs, occupying different positions in several countries. Prior to his role in Poland, Sévan Kaloustian was Director of the Global Business Strategy in the field of neurodegenerative disorders, for the subsidiary of the company in New Jersey, United States.

    “This year, we will continue to develop the consistent presence that Janssen already has in Romania. It is a priority for us to improve the access of Romanian patients to innovative treatments. We want to continue the dialogue we have with the health authorities and with the representatives of the patient associations to develop together common solutions that can meet the health priorities related to the clearing and accessibility of innovative medicines,” said Sévan Kaloustian, Managing Director Janssen Romania .

    Janssen Romania’s portfolio is currently comprised of over 40 innovative drugs in fields such as oncology, neuroscience, immunology, infectious diseases and vaccines and pulmonary hypertension.
