After signing a leasing contract for relocating their headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, MHP Consulting Romania is opening a new office in Vox Technology Park in Timisoara. The company was assisted in both transactions by the real estate consultancy company Griffes.

MHP Consulting Romania is part of MHP Group, a subsidiary of Porsche AG. The company has been present in Romania since 2014, having an office in Cluj-Napoca and over 400 employees. Starting this year, they are extending their operations, leasing 320 sqm in Vox Technology Park in Timisoara.

“We are honoured by the opportunity to assist MHP Consulting in choosing the right offices for their growth strategy, both in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara”, said Andreea Paun, Managing Partner Griffes. “The step that MHP Porsche took outside Cluj-Napoca is significant, since it is not only a consequence of the growth path of the company, but also a vote of trust for Romania and the potential they can find in our market, especially in people capabilities in engineering and software.”

”MHP Romania completes the long list of IT and technology companies that chose Vox Technology Park as their new headquarter but also as their home, where they can grow their teams and businesses”, said Vlad Vela, general manager of Vox Property Group, the developer of the project. ”We will continue to further develop and expand the list of facilities and benefits for our tenants, thus being closer and closer to creating the perfect ecosystem for IT and technology companies in Timisoara”.
